We have a new puppy. The doctors and staff were very informative and helpful providing information and tips for his care. They also helped make him feel at ease during his first few visits to the vet.
We took my daughter's service Dog Ella yesterday.saturday after her groomer thought she may have ear infection... Staff was awesome.. got us right in room.. Dr. Laity came in quickly after tech with peanut butter treat for Ella .. hello her favorite treat . Hook line and sinker .. Ella was hers !! After exam .. took her to clean ears, some blood work, and a few shots... good to go.. And of course a homemade treat on the way out ! Again excellent communication during exam !! Ella has New vet ! Thanks Harbor Point crew !!
I called to schedule a vaccination appointment for my two dogs. Receptionist was short with me and rude when I asked about pricing. I wasn't price shopping, I just wanted to know how much I needed to expect to spend. I also tried to explain that I only do the Rabies vaccine on one of my dogs because she's had an allergic reaction to vaccines in the past and almost died but again she got snotty with me and made me feel like a bad pet parent for not fully vaccinating her. Very impressed with the facility, staff and care given to our GSD. I highly recommend giving them a try.
We have a very fearful rescue pup...and this was the First time I have seen a vet (Dr. Laity) sit on the floor to examine our fur baby while she lay on a huge dog pillow. ...instead of the fear she would have had on a cold metal exam table.....wonderful staff.
I recommend this place to everyone. They all are the best. They helped us in an emergency. DC Brown really appreciates you.
