These folks are all amazing from check in to the exam! They all were very friendly and genuinely cared about taking care of my Oz.
I can not say enough about Dr. Laity and her staff. Zoe was very sick, Dr. Laity and Diane and staff went above and beyond in their care for her. They dropped everything to help her and get her stable. Dr. Laity explained everything that was going on and took me to see her, where 2 members of her staff plus the doctor were caring for her. They got her to the point that she could go to the Denver animal emergency hospital for further care. I was in an emergency situation with my pet..I can not say enough about the staff from beginning to end & Dr. Laity was outstanding! So thorough and personable, all the way around, the staff was very caring. Thank you!
Finally found a Dr in the Mooresville area who really cares for your animal and shows it. She takes the time to sit and talk with you and it's very apparent she is knowledgeable at what she does.
I have had a dog all my life and have moved many times so have seen quite a few Veterinarians and animal hospitals. Dr. Laity, her staff and this facility are top notch! I cannot say enough about them. Our dog was very much at ease and wasn't stressed out. Check them out! They truly cares and it shows.
My Coda is such a nervous girl when it comes to vet visits... or anything really. Dr. Laity and her team (THANKS DIANE!) truly do believe in fear-free veterinary medicine and they took GREAT CARE of Coda (and me!) I drive 45 minutes to this vet, because I truly know this is the best care my dogs can possibly get. Also, fun fact: I learned yesterday that their facility was designed using calming colors that dogs can see. THAT is going the extra mile. 100/100 stars.
We just got a puppy and didn't have a clue where to go. I was thinking we would end up with just an "okay" place. Wow, was I wrong, Harbor Point has exceeded our expectation. So thankful someone recommended this wonderful team. We could not be happier. Thank you so much ladies!
