Harbor Eye went above and beyond in the Oswego office. The eye doctor and the other employees were very pleasant. Overall I was pleased with the place. I am planning to go there next January for another eye exam. 😀
Very friendly, the Doctor was great.
Stopped in to pickup a copy of my prescription, after patiently waiting 45 minutes I again ask for the script, “oh you haven’t been assisted yet!” Desk person then personally walked the folder to the tech who apparently is the only one allowed to provide scripts on request. Needless to say I was quite annoyed. TERRIBLE customer service. Giving 1 star only because 1/2 star is not available.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Baker is great with my son. We’ve been patients for over ten years.
