I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a unit at Dulles Greene. I must say that my time there was nothing short of a total disaster. Since this company has taken over the apartment complex they are the worst. You let them know about repairs they dont fulfill them just a lot of broken promises. all they do is go up on your rent. You call the corporate office and they dont return your calls. This is really sad.
I won't give this company any stars at all. Since the pandemic hit, Harbor Group Management has taken over the company that runs my apartment complex. The staff are rude, disrespectful and unethical. I've had a maintenance problem at my apartment for weeks now, and very little has been done about it. I've tried everything I know to report the problem and the company, but nothing has happened yet. Do not move into this company's properties. They will fuck you over. Harbor Group Management = EPIC FAIL!
The management is not good. Try making a complaint to the corporate office and nobody ever returns your call. Made two complaints and they just forward it to the person who you made the complaint on. Someone needs to report them.
Audrey B.I am a resident of 40 memorial highway. I moved in at the beginning of June. So far I have found that the staff in the office are extremely helpful courteous and very helpful. I am talking about Dee, Angela and Bianca. Also all the people at the front desk are wonderful, but I must comment that Jared is extraordinary.
The worst!!! They took over our property at the end of 2020 and already it’s evident how awful they are. They obviously operate according to the Slumlord handbook! The manager never responds, the woman in the office is rude to residents, maintenance guy is also rude and doesn’t know how to conduct himself in people’s homes! Their management charged me for the application, which was non-refundable. I'm ok with that as long as things get processed properly. I was told that I would have an answer within two business days. And that there was an apartment that would be ready within two weeks. The application never got processed at all. They gave me the run-around for two weeks, avoiding my phone calls and voice mails. Since moving into The Gateway in April, I have been dealing with bedbugs. It took the office until August to send a pest company out and when they did, they didn't even tell them it was a bed bug check so they had to come back and do a second inspection after I complained about the pest company "not finding anything". When the bed bug treatments were authorized, I fought with the office about them trying to make me pay. They finally agreed after months.
