“Harbor Grand now has a new owner and a new management team. It is a safe place where only residents have access to the interior. None of the past incidents occurred inside the hotel or involved residents. All facilities are now available or currently under repair, ensuring a better experience for everyone.”

Just had a shooting/homicide due to NO Armed SECURITY which they use to have for many years without any incidents. The management failed to pay the private security and the company withdrew their services. The area is in a high crime area which should caution a potential renter. Do your research before deciding on making this place your home.

Do Not Recommend – Poorly Managed and Neglected Property Living here has been a deeply frustrating experience. The elevators are constantly out of service, yet management is always quick to collect rent and slow to make any meaningful repairs or replacements. Many of the advertised amenities are either broken or have been out of order for years—the hot tub hasn’t worked in over six years, the pool is not heated as claimed, the sauna doesn’t function, and the AC in the gym has been out, turning it into a health hazard. Not a well maintained community. When you pull up to the front door, look at the fountain. Its a cesspool of green algae with a pump that works intermittently. If they cant even maintain the fountain at the front door there is much more needing attention that you cannot see.
