I had an Infrared Sauna. It was relaxing and the tension in my back was noticeably less when I was done! Staff was knowledgeable and very nice! I will definitely come back!

Just had my first float experience. It felt terrific and so relaxing. It was given to me as a birthday gift and l couldn't have asked for anything better. l totally recommend as one of the best experiences you can have.
Just booked my second float, first one was great once I got used to the surroundings. Felt great after and even the next few days I felt more relaxed and refreshed. looking forward to a full 60 minutes of relaxation this time around.

I tried out the float for the first time and it was amazing! It was a totally other than experience as far as what the relaxation does for your mind and body and muscles. You lose track of time, I am not the type of person that likes closed spaces in the dark and I shut off the lights and the music during my session and fully shut the lid. The float pod was BEYOND relaxing and the facility was immaculate! The staff was not only kind and knowledgeable but they also took the time to get to know me and discuss my conditions in order to help me leave feeling refreshed and in less pain! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
