Currently I am addicted to the Infrared Sauna. There are many options to choose from...weight loss, pain relief, cardiovascular, relaxation and more. I watch Netflix while relaxing. As a busy mom of 3, this is my me time and I love it!!!!
An amazing experience. As a long time back pain sufferer, I will say this was the best thing I have ever done for pain relief. It's natural relaxation. Massages are great, but I still am sore afterwards. After getting out of bed almost in tears, I chose to float for the first time and walked out like nothing was wrong. No pain. A repeat customer I will be.
