First I normally have a dislike for car dealers I dislike the whole process. However this may be the best car buying experience I've ever had. Laid back, no pressure to buy, great service, professional staff. I would not be afraid to recommend them to friends and family.
I made a weekend of it, drove 180 miles south to look at this vehicle. Numerous hidden facts concerning minor damages that I think I should of been made aware of before traveling down. Made an offer to purchase and was not given the courtesy of a counter offer. Overall a big waist of time.
I had a very good experience with both Dons. The van is exactly what they said it was. Very helpful when I arrived. I would buy another vehicle from Harbor City Auto. Greg
