This office is amazing!!!! From the girls at the desk to Dr Motola. My son was injured at wrestling and it was late in the evening. When I called the Dr was on his way out they waited for me for a little over an hr (by the time I picked up my son and got to them). He brought him in immediately (sent to hospital). The Dr called me the next morning he was not happy with what the Hospital did and got us in to see an Oral surgeon that day!! I called yesterday to make an appointment for my husband, the receptionist was very rude, it seemed that She is a bitter person, by the tone of her voice she has to be older than 50 years. She refused to make the appointment because, according to her, my husband's name was not on "her HMO list". How his name would appear on "her HMO list" if I had assigned my dental plan to this dentist 5 minutes ago, apparently as per my dental plan he/she is good (I have not seen him/her yet and I do not know how he/she works) The first im... read more
I just left this office with my temporary caps and I am over the moon! And these are only temporary ones. Dr. Motola is an excellent, caring professional and the best dentist I have had. He has gone above and beyond in taking care of my teeth and in helping me with insurance issues involved in my care. His staff is also extremely professional, caring and helpful. I highly recommend this practice for your dental care.
Excellent dentist and staff...friendly, professional, accommodating, little to no wait. I never even felt the novacain needle both times I needed it. Great experience. Highly recommend.
He is a scammer. Doesn't pay his bills. Owes money to his vendors and labs. He runs once he's taken to court. Do not use this dentist.
My first visit over 3 years ago was because I was in excruciating pain and they were the closest...in proximity. Next time with a different tooth I showed up unannounced because I thought I was gonna die...Aggie said I can't fit you in Fred but the Doc over ruled her and sent me home pain free...And since then I have moved over 40 miles away...and i will get up early, travel an hour plus on the Southern State Pkwy, to visit on a semi weekly basis....My review is THEY CARE ABOUT ME, not the patient, the person!
