This place is awesome. Why would you not live here? The location is money, the apartment I have is a townhouse with a huge patio. The staff is dope. Do yourself a favor and be my neighbor. I play music, I also write it. I actually also enjoy listening to it. See you when I see you
The worst place I ever have Lived. Staff is the worst. Never any assistance but lip service. Do not move here you will regret it. People steal anything they can police are here ever other day. Apts are falling apart. There is dog shit every where. Horrible place
This place is full of tweakers that steal everything from your car and storage space. I can't wait to find the punk ass tweaker that broke into my car and storage unit so I can have a little talk with them... Lol but for real if you want to move in this place and have an apartment that is falling apart and really nothing ever gets fixed then this place is for you and good luck finding parking.
NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!! I have lived here for 5 years. Had my cars broken into 4 times, license plates stolen, storage locker broken into once, homeless people rummaging through dumpsters daily. On-site staff doesn't care. Their phone goes straight to VM and they never call you back. They have invested a lot of money into painting, fixing the parking areas, and replacing fences. Of course, NO UPGRADES to security.
