Horrible Place to Live We lived in this complex for one year, and we couldn't wait to get out. The apartment didn't have A/C, which normally isn't such a big deal, but the living room was absolutely unbearable on hot days. The complex has a huge bug problem, including ants, termites, spiders and wasps. We had to watch our dog's food constantly, because it would be devoured by ants otherwise. Harbor Greens is the worst possible place you could ever live. I have lived in dozens of apartments over the years, and this is by far the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have gone so far as to end my lease early to get out of this miserable place. All the management cares about is their 97% occupancy (i.e. MONEY) so they will never evict tenants regardless of their behavior. Love it Management is very responsive. Environment is quiet. They work hard to keep it clean. Maintenance requests are handled wuickly

one of the worst managed apartment complexes in Costa Mesa. UDR is the worst! DO NOT RENT HERE OR ANYWHERE that is managed by UDE.
You cannot fix the issues being hidden and there are too many to list. And we thought the Bella Terra was bad. Staff and their handling of situations .... UDRcares is a joke. 2 term lease and the last. Will be sure to tell everyone stay away!
Do not live here Unless bug infestation, horrible (zero) customer service, sarcastic attitudes by the front office staff when approached with a question mixed with no desire to even attempt to pretend that they care about the residents (the list goes on and on) is what you’re looking for, then avoid this complex at all costs.
