Called and said, "hi I'm looking to get a quote for a washing machine repair", clearly intended to provide more detail after initiating the conversation, and was immediately met with hostility. "How do you expect me to do that?" Very unprofessional response to someone that was aiming to let the "professional" lead the conversation. Update: Their response of "Hey Tyler! I think you have a problem!" says all you need to know about their attitude towards customer service.
To be very honest, I cannot be more unsatisfied with the if so called "service" provided by this company. My refrigerator have been making noise so that I contacted with Rafael, one of their technicians. He drops by my place and check my refrigerator 5 mins and tell me there is a part need to be replaced. He told me it would take only 3 days. I paid $100 deposit to him and expect the annoying issue could be fixed shortly. 30 DAYS GONE, Rafael shows no movement fixing my refrigerator. He didn't show up and follow up my case. ... read more
What an excellent company. They came out right away, fixed the problem and was extremely professional. I always used them on all my appliances and I am always 100% satisfied. Best appliance company in San Diego County!!
