Worst staff I have ever encountered ! Extremely rude and unpleasant they always make it seem like u are bothering them. And best of luck getting anything fixed that breaks down it took them 3 days to fix our Ac ! They literally called my best friend and roommate a straight up liar this place has gone down hill since the new management has been put into place the previous ladies who were here were absoulty wonderful they are missed!
I made an appointment to look at an apartment yesterday specifically so that I could pre-lease it. But when I showed up for my appointment I was told the apartment had been leased to someone else. I drove 45 minutes to get there because NO ONE COULD PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY NO LONGER HAD AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!! Not only that but I feel like I was pawned off on a floater, because the leasing agent I was put with doesn't even work at The Harbor!!! This is nothing but a mold infested hell hole. It looks like the ghetto and it operates as such. The management is horrible, it's constant noise issues, parking issues, etc. You have to take matters into your own hands a lot of times due to poor management at this place. I wouldn't move here even if someone paid my rent for a full year.
