RecommendedOutstanding management. Alicia and Alicia are a great team to work with. The rental lease process was painless to deal with. Also, the maintenance staff is outstanding, they replaced outdated toilets in under 24 hours! Grounds are beautiful and the area is really peaceful and serene. I highly recommend the Harbor Apartments.

Completely recommend the Harbor Apartments. The office staff was very professional and with being new to the area extremely helpful. Apartment was clean and freshly renovated when I moved in. Very clean complex close to everything highly recommend
Yes I lived in the harbor apartments for a year until I moved out of state and it was wonderful. The people were wonderful to me and they always came right away when I needed something fixed. Love them all

I moved here in September 2018 and love it! The staff is very friendly and so are the neighbors I've met. They do lots of fun activities to help you feel at home and comfortable. Also helps you meet people. I feel very safe and have had no problems.
A lot of management turnovers. Not a lot of continuity in policies.
