RecommendedLove Harbach Lofts. Have used them twice for a photo shoot. Annesa, the building manager, is extremely accommodating and great to work with. The building is fantastic as well! The owners did an amazing job of blending original elements of the building with modern features. Definitely a place to check out if you want to live in downtown.

Great location in downtown Des Moines. The building and units are very unique with a ton of character. The owners and manager are always around and spend a lot of time continuing to make improvements on the property. They know most, if not all tenants by name and really value feedback in how they can make things better. Walking distance to many bars, restaurants, HyVee, etc. Top floor unit has high ceilings, was very quiet and had great views. Minutes from I-235.
