On our consultation day, we waited four hours for our appointment. I was a little upset, however today was surgery day for our Abigail after x-rays she needed more work done then they originally thought. I'm sure some folks had to wait like we did. I would say to parents reviewing "be patient" in the end they provide excellent, thorough care. Staff today was sensitive and informative.
Awesome staff!! I have taken two of my children there and both times were an excellent experience.. Very polite, attentive, clear about everything.. If in the future my kids need anything else done here is where i will be bringing them..
The dr was really nice, he explained everything that was gonna be done, and the nurses was awesome!!
I really liked the nurse in the back N the dentist himself were very polite N talked good to my kids But the rude ladies in the front were very unprofessional acting like they are bothered N making people wait longer cuz they gossiping on the phone I think customer services skills R highly needed especially working with children U making people uncomfortable at the worst time. Just don't like the way they don't care if children R nervous THEY FLAT OUT RUDE N RUDE LOOKING VERY UNNECESSARY
Very friendly staff. The drs were great at explaining everything that was going to be done. They helped set me at ease when I was very nervous about my daughter getting work done. My daughter felt at ease also.
