They said the refrigerator was a size it was not when I got it home it did not fit. They refused to come get it. When I brought it back they refused to give me a refund after 12 days of arguing they have given me a partial refund. They say they do not give refunds. It’s been a nightmare Attorney general contacted them they still will not give full refund.Â
They use bait and switch for their online store. Then they refuse to give refundsÂ
Ro and the other employees were real awesome with my kiddos while Brian helped us find a really awesome deal on a new fridge thanks for being so helpfulÂ
My old dyer stopped working and I called and spoke with Brian (Assistant Manager) and was very helpful. He cared more about making sure I got the correct dryer for my needs than trying to find a higher priced one. He was very friendly and treated me with the upmost respect and caring. This place is terriable. Do not buy any appliance from them. After 3 dryers they gave us one that still dosent work and is dirty! Instead of providing good customer service they gave every excuse why their product was horriable.Â
Bought a real nice washer and dryer set. Come with a good warranty to. nice folks they are real helpfulÂ
This place is one of those hidden gems. The best prices anywhere, I checked. I highly recommend anyone to shop there. Very nice people as well. Highly knowledgeable staff.Â
