Scheduled us 2 weeks out. We went without a fridge or freezer for over two weeks. They just rescheduled us without contacting us first for 2 days later. Worst part is speaking to a human is impossible it is all automated.
Rescheduled me for 2 months. Can't get a hold of anyone. Finally, canceled and used another company.
* The technician was wonderful. HOWEVER, I had to wait 2.5 weeks for someone to come to my house. And I have tried calling Sears several times, trying to talk to a live person, only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes, and get disconnected. This happened every. single. time. I called. I never was able to talk to anyone and get the help I was looking for. We have been paying for this service since Feb. 2016, and it seems like every year the service gets worse but the prices go up.
