RecommendedWe were in search of a refrigerator. We started out locally, hoping to boost business. In the end, we searched six stores all together, cash in hand. Happy's was the ONLY store to even consider negotiating a deal with us in exchange for paying cash. Five other stores wouldn't lower price, offer warranties, etc. Our salesperson was Ro. Terrible customer service. My wife and I bought a "scratch and dent upright freezer" got it home and it didnt work. After several phone calls to them they said it should be under warranty and to call frigidaire. a technician came out and said it was a 3 hour repair and it had been rained on outside and was previously owned 3 times. wish I would have just saved my 300 and bought brand new at home depot. learned my lesson and wont step foot back in their door
