After going to Dr Rodriguez for over 5-6 years, I am very disappointed with the customer service from the front desk that I received today over the phone (Karo). Instead of giving me options due to the fact that they just realized my appointment (8/31) was scheduled for a long weekend they only give me one option or for me to get 2 different appointment dates for my husband and I to go which is absurd to drive twice. I was even willing to wait an extra week to get the time I wanted. I guess my business is not needed!!!! 😔
Take a little longer with the deep cleanings. In previous doctors that I had they took about an hour with a deep cleaning. In this place it was done like in 20 minutes
