Such a wonderful staff. I sadly had to put my dog down after 15.5 years. They were so good with my dog and with me. Patient and supportive. I plan on always bringing my furry family members here. Thank you so much for making a really hard decision a little easier and talking to me as much as I needed. A great group of people for sure!
I met them via an emergency, and have been going back ever since. All of the staff is wonderful and takes great care of my Babe.
All of the staff at happy tails are so personal and outgoing. They have a really good relationship with us and our pets. I trust them thoroughly and completely. I know that they care about my pets and I am glad to have them taking care of them. All of the vets and the front desk staff are excellent. Best vet care/hospital we've ever been a part of.
Couldn't say enough good things about the care or the staff at Happy Tails. Our dog Benson was well taken care of when he needed surgery that was extremely serious. After having the surgery late at night they stayed with him through the night that went above and beyond their responsibility. The entire staff were so caring and loving to our dog and even allowed us to stay with him in the back while he recovered for days. This place was unbelievable. These guys are great. Our dog Otis has no problems or anxiety when visiting them.
They saved Roy! If it hadn't been for their extraordinary care after he was hit by a car I am sure he would have died. Dr. Brown is amazing and the entire staff is very knowledgeable. Totally grateful!!
