My experience at Happy Tails I was going to keep to myself and not leave a review, however after an incident today I feel that other pet owners should be aware. In June, my dog had hot spots on her face. She was scratching at them and causing an infection. My regular vet was unable to see her due to availability. RecommendedI love Dr Bos! She has always been caring, helpful and compassionate with my dogs. The techs and front desk staff are always pleasant to work with. I feel at ease leaving my dogs here whenever one of them needs something done. Dr Bos helped me make the difficult decision to put my beloved Paisley down this past week. Took my puppies here today and they did amazing with my scared/aggressive German Shepherd! They worked with his comfort level and I was put at ease with him in their care. Tech and vet was very attentive and went over everything thing thoroughly.
Happy Tails has taken care of our pups since we brought them home from Pawsitive Restorations animal rescue and they are amazing. we have 2 active, mischievous little girls and they are treated so well by all of the staff at Happy Tails. Megan is our favorite tech, our girls love her and she's so sweet and good with them. we won't take our animals anywhere else!
I took my dog here on a Saturday afternoon because my usual vet was closed. They were awesome!! Looked at my dog's paw which was infected. The doctor recommended leaving the bandage off. They didn't charge me. I would recommend this vet to anyone. Thank you!
This company charged me over 800 dollars for services they advised me to get. My dog had stitches removed by happytails, then after they advised it was ok. they then advised me to put a shirt on my dog which covered the the area. a couple of days later, my dog was leaking from the wound and the shirt stuck to the to her, and upon removing the shirt, the wound reopened! causing a significant life and death emergency situation. The team was kind and professional from beginning to end. They explained everything well and answered all questions I had about my dog. would definitely recommend them to anyone around. They give military and senior discounts, as well.
