I can’t tell you how sweet the staff is here. In the absolute hardest decision I had to make, they were caring, respectful and beyond sweet. I wish I would have been there on different terms, but I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Lindsey, you are so very special and I appreciate you so much. 💕
BEST vet we have ever had!! My senior greyhound, Zeus, and my Bulldog mix puppy, Linus, love Dr. Duree!! She’s so thorough and does an amazing job explaining things. We also did puppy training at Happy Tails with vet tech/trainer, Sean! I hope I’m spelling his name correctly. HE IS FANTASTIC!!!!! Our puppy, Linus, LOVES Sean, and is a totally different puppy since doing training with him! I highly recommend Happy Tails for veterinary services, as well as puppy training!!
Love this place. I will be taking my animals there forever! The technicians are always welcoming and treat our dogs with love and care. The Veterinarian’s are problem solvers and choose the appropriate and reasonable care. My pup had a seizure and on a full booked day, they still were able to see her. They expressed concern for her and checked in on her the following day. They never overcharge and always discuss how much money everything will be before they proceed and never pressure you into something that may be out of you... read more
If you like horrible customer service, as well as being upsold with every breath, then this is the place for you. Their Office Manager is the worst. They like to charge for services not rendered and, when confronted, refuse to issue credit where appropriate. Zero stars.
Dr. Bos and her staff ARE THE BEST! 10 stars outta 5. Dr. Bos, Sean, Quinn, Jen, Adam (and others) has dealt with our XL breed, grouchy, old man, and accommodated him in every manner with delicate hands and a very compassionate heart. Do not take your pets there! My beloved dog died due to their negligence. They accepted the responsibility to treat my dog and he became sicker as a result of their carelessness
We want to thank the staff at Happy Tails for taking care of our puppy emergency. We were really blessed to have the clinic open at a time when others are closed. We called and within minutes we were in a room at the clinic. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism and flexibility to address our situation.
Been bringing my two Shih Tzu's here since they opened, they are all super nice and take great care of my fur family members. Much Appreciate their sensitivity and warm hearts towards them. My dogs literally Run to go inside not once have they tried to run orhave I had to pick them up to go in, thats how I know they are taken care of!!! They love everyone there!
