I called to ask if they groomed cats. The man who answered the phone laughed and said no as if that was the most ridiculous thing ever. It was sort of rude when I was just calling for information.
HORRIBLE... I WOULD NEVER BE TAKING MY DOGS HERE AGAIN.. THE OWNER AND THE STAFF WAS RUDE ... THEY LIED TO US.. I HAVE MANY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT I WOULD BE STOPPING TO GO THERE NOW...
Happy Tails is the absolute best! I highly recommend them. My puppies always smell incredible and love getting the hot oil treatment (great for itchy skin). It is so great to be able to call and get a familiar happy person on the other end who is super accommodating.
Awesome Place! Been here a few times now and love it. Amy is a wonderful groomer and lovely person. The front desk staff is amazing too. Happy I found it!
I took my 3 dogs today for my first visit to Happy Tails I could not be more pleased! I met the fabulous owner was genuinely interested in my pets and what I wanted for them ...so rare today . I highly recommend Happy Tails for both bathing and grooming:) i will return
