I have a German Shepherd rescue and I am very careful where I take him because he was abused. The staff are always so caring and helpful and always do such a great job! Will never take him anywhere else.
I’m new to the area and took my 15-year old Peke for a major grooming! They did a phenomenal job and were all very friendly! I will definitely bring my dog back!!
The Manager or Owner is a very RUDE personI have never been more disappointed with a service in my entire life.
I'm so surprised by the comment by Maxine Fisher. I've been going to Happy Tails for several years now and NEVER had any complaint especially with Amy my groomer who is mentioned in the post. My Stoli (who's photo is on the website) has always been ready when they say and I pick him up right after their call. Sometimes it takes longer but they try to accomodate everyone. I have never heard of Express Service.
