I was so surprised to see some negative reviews I have to respond and reply even though I don't normally do this. They are professional dog loving per loving kind fun happy and they treat my family including dogs like family and we treat them like family. Every time I drop my dogs they bark at home until we arrive. Any time I can not get back quickly if I have someone in the hospital or I was home with mold removal they kept my dogs happily and they are always pleasant and courteous and a great time for the pups and us. take the stink out of "stinky puppy" . get a haircut, teeth cleaning, shampoo, pedicure, and the infamous "gland expression", so your pup doesn't do the boot scoot across your carpet,
I have been going here with my dog François for the last 7 years! They have been nothing but nice, accommodating, caring and wonderful people! All of the groomers are top of the line and you can tell they respect and care about every animal that goes in there!

Excellent customer service. They were very knowledgeable about my dog and the type of cut that was needed and would work best for her. She had a bad experience once and we were both a little nervous. Had a great time today and will definitely be going back.
