RecommendedBrought my retired Military Working Dog in today and I recommended they use a medicated shampoo. When I went to pick him up I wasn’t completely happy with the way he looked/smelt. I called and mentioned how I felt and they told me to bring him back and they will re-do the job free of charge. Using the same shampoo they usually use on him they re-bathed him using a shedding conditioner then re-brushed him. Friendly staff, your pets are in great care.. I know mine are truly loved by them.. Rates are good and the have been voted # 1 in Gwinnett.. my dogs look awesome and are very happy afterwards... I’m glad they love 🐶 because mine love them

We are fortunate to have found Happy Tails for cute puppy - Lala! Maria was very nice and made us comfortable. Lala was well taken care of and she got a lot of activities and play time.
they are wonderful people and have always taken great care of my cat that I drop off all the time to get shaved. great customer service, and very friendly!!!
We've been using Happy Tails for years. Bree, Lemmy, and Mia love it there. Always a wonderful job on grooming them. Boarding is top notch as well. They even send me videos of my puppies playing while they are being boarded - really puts your mind at ease seeing them happy when you're traveling!

Maria and Jeff are the best at what they do, we went through several groomers before we were lucky enough to find them. Our boys Rusty and Ralphie have never been groomed so well.
