I recently boarded my 2 shihtzus there for a unexpected trip and all I can say is WOW! From the moment I walked in the customer attention with attentive to my pets and I. They made them feel comfortable and welcomed. The facility was very clean and smelled great! Never walked into a grooming or boarding facility that smelled and looked very clean! The doggie suites were perfect for them because they hate crates! I had them groomed before pick up and it was just as good as the boarding!

I have been looking for a groomer for my mixed breed (Pomeranian/Papillion) and had heard about Happy Tails from a friend. They were courteous, listened to my needs, convenient location near home and reasonably priced grooming with a perks card! I loved that they had a knowledge of how to help to recede my dog's quick in his nails so they can get shorter. I dropped my wife's Yorkie Karma off to be groomed before her play date with Benji our neighbors Yorkie. I was very pleased when I arrived to pick her up. Karma was very happy! Her haircut came out awesome! She smelled good and looked great! The staff at Happy Tails is very pleasant and clearly love dogs! I am very pleased with their service and will definitely take Karma back when the time arrives.
Happy Tails is awesome! We've been very pleased with both their grooming and boarding services. My dogs are always treated as if they're part of the family, and when I pick them up they're never stressed out, unlike other places we've tried. I highly recommend Happy Tails.
