Right after I got my new puppy I had lost my old boy, a male brindle boston terrier named Max. My new puppy, Belle got really sick a week after I lost him, and she was on the brink of death. If it wasnt for the loving care of Dr. Bright and her team, I would have lost her too. Now Belle and her new little sister Faith, are happy and healthy little pups. The best dogs I could have ever asked for. Thank you so much Dr. Bright and everyone at Happy Tails, I will never be able to repay you for what you did for my family.
Can't get heartworm refills even though dog tested UNDER one year ago. Doctor goes home early - had emergency at 5:30 pm and no one available to help. My cat was handled like she was a black panther which made her so nervous she turned into a black panther - no cat skills whatsoever. Couldn't get records for a cat released to new vet without my consent - there is no HIPPA requirement for animals. Got more of a lesson on teeth brushing from the doctor than anything else. We sadly had to put down our beloved family dog last week, Everyone in the clinic was extremely caring and helped us throughout the ordeal. Today when we picked up the mail we noticed a letter from them, It brought tears to our eyes! It was signed by everyone at the vet and even included some of our old girls fur. Thank you all so much.

We've been going to Dr. Bright ever since we've been in Ocklawaha (darn near 10 years). She and her staff have never ever been anything but courteous, kind and caring to us and our herd of many cats. They've laughed with us and cried with us. The crew at Happy Tails is a talented and dedicated lot. I couldn't ask for anything more in a clinic. Oh, and Dr. Bright, I never told you but thank you for your service to our country.
