RecommendedI brought my 17 year old Chinese Crested in to be euthanized, and being new to the area, I had not yet been to this clinic. They will be my Veterinarian from now on. They were very compassionate and treated me and my dog with the utmost respect and patience during this difficult time. First visit today with Amber and we are so impressed with the staff and Dr. Bright. Our questions were all answered to our satisfaction. Everyone is very caring. I absolutely will be bringing my baby back for continued treatment!!!

I had to have My 15yr old Missy girl dog put to sleep on 6/17/20. The vet was very kind and very detailed when speaking with us! We were very pleased with the service that was provided. Staff was polite and we were allowed to stay with our fur baby the whole time. A huge thank you to Happpy Tails!!! We will bringing our other 14 yr old male Rot/Lab mix there as well when it's his time to go play with his fur sister Missy in doggie heaven. Thank you again!!!❤🐶🐕🐩 Sheree Bice

We went for our first VET visit, Dr. Bright, and her staff are Superstars, They were amazing, I received every answer to all questions. My dog Biscuit, could feel the love of the staff. He received his series of shots, and did not even flinch, lab work, nutritional information, smooth transaction throughout. Cost of everything was so reasonable. Compassionate Office. they got me in in my time of need when they were already booked up. the staff was very nice .when i was totally heartbroke from having to put my zoey to rest after 16 years her body was just shutting down and there was nothing left i could do to save her, and momma tried so desperately. feb 14th recieve card from Happy tail (perfect timing)of my baby hair clippings, her paw print and nose print with several employees written word. i was so thrilled and sad. it is now frame with zoeys urn and memorial site in living room. i a... read more
