I'd like to thank all the people here at happy tails, for helping my mother with her dog Bentley and being so compassionate, understanding and working so tirelessly throughout the entire time Bentley was in there care. Thank you for all you've done.
They take great care of my puppy. Very friendly and plenty of experience which made me feel great about my pup being in good hands.
I've been going to Dr Bright since she opened her clinic in Ocklawaha, and couldn't be happier with the service I've received there. They are very understanding, compassionate and caring. Not only are they great with my pets, they went above and beyond the call of duty with an old ailing cat when a human member of my family was going through a medical crisis at the same time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
They are the best clinic I have used in my 68 years. Not only are they very competent in their veterinary knowledge and abilities but they are very compassionate and caring. Above and beyond!!
I had to have my beloved Dog, Buddy, put down last Monday. Dr. Bright and the staff were so wonderful during this trying time. After Buddy went to sleep, they brought him out to my jeep so I could bring him home and bury him next to the woods that he loved so much. He was in a box with a beautiful flower and ribbon on it. I went to my mailbox today and found a notecard from Dr. Bright and all the staff expressing their condolences. It also contained a tuft of Buddy's fur. They went way above what I expected.
