I was very satisfied! I took my dog in last week but she was to scared of the clippers and instead of stressing her out or risk her getting hurt they called me and set me up for an appointment today. With the weather getting warmer I had them cut a good amount of hair off and I was told she was not as scared as last time and did the best they could. I took my Nikki there for the first time today and I was so very pleased! They were so friendly, easy to talk to and took great care of my baby. I will definitely be taking her there for as long as we are here in north carolina.
My dog Brownie went last year in November and he will be going again tomorrow, but they did a really great job with him. I was kinda nervous about leaving him, but they took really good care of him. He was looking great and he smelled so clean when I picked him up. He even received a little Thanksgiving scarf, which I still have. Thanks for taking care of my Brownie every time!!!!!!

Very happy with our first visit to Happy Tail Jr. It was Bane's first time getting groomed and I had no clue what to expect since he is a short haired pup. I am absolutely in love with how shiny and soft his coat is now. Not to mention he smells super good!! We will definitely be back. Thanks!
Ashley did a fantastic job on a rescue puppy (Sadie) that was heavily matted and we thought would have to be shaved. She spent extra time and went beyond what we thought possible. We love Happy Tails Jr!
