They did a great job with both of my dogs! They were very friendly and thorough with asking questions about what I wanted. I took my puppy there for her very first grooming appointment and I was nervous about how she would do and how she would look. They did an amazing job with her! I am very happy with my experiences there with both of my dogs and will definitely be going back!
We recently moved to Harnett county and there are few options for groomers. This was Emma's first visit to Happy Tail Jr. and we are very pleased! Ashley is great - personable, compassionate and patient and is very good at her craft. Emma is a Weimaraner that is very attached to me and doesn't like to be out of my sight. Ashley provided the extra speed service to get her in and out. Greatly appreciated!! We will be back next month!
I have a husky and he hates baths but he actually get excited when we walk in there. The women is so good to him and makes my handsome man look and feel even better. However, they will not take my 14 week old PUPPY Rottweiler. they didn't even give him a chance to meet them in person. Discriminating against dogs some of the meanest dogs I know aren't even an aggressive breed. He's just a puppy. Please tell me why other groomers will take him but not this one.

Good afternoon Ms. Weinrich. We apologize that it's not convenient for you to have both your fur babies groomed in the same place. But unfortunately our staff cannot disregard Happy Tail policies. Every business has their own rules and regulations. We have tried grooming Rottweilers in the past, and sadly due to improper training at home, have been unsuccessful with at least 99% of our Rott clients. My 6 moth Old Maltese had her first grooming done today, I am super Happy and so is she.The Staff was AMAZING, she smells so good and she was so super clean,we will be taking her back <3 Thank you to Ashley and Peter for being so patient with my squiggly,hyper baby.
