I have taken my fur baby to happy tails 2 times already since I've had him and I mush say I am very pleased with their work!! I have yet had any issues with my fur baby and the customer service was awesome the groomer made sure to explain everything that would have to be done and made sure I was aware of everything! I highly recommend this place!
When I first moved to the area I went tried 4 groomers and nobody could groom my dog. I went to Happy Tail Jr just to fix the lousy job another groomer did (same day). I’ve never gone anywhere else. They treat my dog right and Wrigley looks great!
They do a great job with our puppies and are very friendly!
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE! I brought my dog here this past Tuesday to be groomed. Today (Friday) my dog woke up with a horrible ear infection in both of his ears. Not knowing what was causing this pain for my pup, I immediately brought him to the vet to be checked out. The vet said that he got this double ear infection because the groomers removed his hair from the inside of his ears. Just picked my schnauzer up and I couldn't be more happy with her cut! Staff was very nice and listened to all my concerns!
