The female piercer Alex is really nice and knows her stuff but the guy owner isnt nice at all. Seems to have a problem with women. Made inappropriate comments to my friend when she was getting her nips done for her 18th birthday very creepy! Based off how he treated us i wouldn't recommend going here. Spoke to some people about it and they've had similar experiences and turns out the guy is known for being rude, unprofessional and creepy. I went to Momentu whilst visiting Adelaide looking for help with an existing piercing (from a different shop). I spoke with Carlo who could not have been more kind and knowledgeable. I trusted his judgement with the necessary steps and felt safe in the studio. I was quite teary during the appointment since I'd had this issue with my piercing for weeks and it was very painful, but Carlo was the most kind with me and I can not be more thankful. Ruby did my seconds today and it was the best piercing experience I’ve had. I’ve had about 14 piercings over the years and this was the best one. Ruby (and everyone there) were so friendly, I will definitely be back for my next one! 💛
I had my ears pierced at Momentu today and couldn’t be happier with the service. These guys are professional and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Ali did my piercings and she was just amazing. If you’re looking for any type of piercing this is definitely the place to go.
