I had a good visit but the Dentist couldn't get two of my bottom wisdom teeth out (for a later day). I have to wait for a later day. I have been brushing and using floride. The bridge (on my left side) feels abnormal (something I would like to change). I had my two top wisdom teeth removed totally. I also had 4 cavities filled. I paid the total bill already (I don't need to come back, except for immediate pain).
Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Assistants and Dr. Park were incredibly nice and did a fantastic job with me and my children. Made my son's first dentist visit a positive expierience and my daughter (who's had nothing but bad experiences at the dentist before) felt comfortable and even excited about going back! So glad I chose them as our new family dentist!
My kids are 18@17 and they have been coming to this dentist since they were very little. They know all of us by name and they treat us like we are the most important people in the room.They are always very kind and treat us with respect. My kids don't look forward to going to the dentist but they are never scared cause they know thy are in good hands. I would recommend to everyone to give Happy Smiles a chance, you won't be disappointed.
The only thing is that I had cavities and wisdom teeth. It has been over 20 years, it was about time. Your support was worth having (with teeth).
this is the second straight appointment where I have arrived on time & had to wait an HOUR before I was seen. This last time was made worst by the fact that my wife & I arrived at the same time & she was called 45 minutes before me & others were seen in between us. This is a waste of my time & needs to be corrected. If staffing i]s short an text should be sent out letting patients know so that they have the option of changing their appointment.
Everyone was very nice and courteous. They kindly and patiently explained to me the procedure and my financial options. Thank you very much!
