My son loves everybody here he refuses to go anywhere else...he says they are nice and I agree they are always extremely helpful and completely professional. Have been a client with all my children close to 10 maybe 15 years now.
The front desk staff was very friendly it wasn’t until I was called back by the dental assistant that everything went down hill. I was getting an extraction done in which I made the dentist aware I was afraid he didn’t introduce himself nor make me feel at ease that everything would be ok. I was very uncomfortable with his bedside manner when I had questions he kept dismissing what I had to say I would not be returning to this dentist office
Yes, I can confidently say that I have been avoiding visits to dental offices for decades. Then it happened. A tooth broke off leaving a portion of it in my jaw. Like it or not, I had to see a dentist. Luckily, I chose Happy Smiles in Midlothian. After hearing about my fears, they assured me that they treat patients like me all the time.
