Disappointed with recent visit We had a pleasant first experience with Dr. Vega and based on our first visit I recommended Dr. Vega to a few friends and neighbors. I was extremely disappointed with our next office visit. Dr. Vega was not available and our visit was with another veternarian. Both my pet and I love this place! Dr. Vega and staff are doing something really unique here. The hospital is beautiful, warm and inviting. It is like going to someones home rather than your typical sterile veterinary clinic. And like the clinic, the staff at Happy Pets are offering alternatives to the standard "take these two pills and call us later" approach so prevalent in medicine today. Happy Pets Happy People What a great experience.. Dr. Vega and staff seem to really care about my cat, while having to leave town I was able to leave my sick cat at the clinic and they did everything possible to help her. Even one of the staff members was willing to take her home during the night to assist feed her. Thank you so much for the great care.
Happy dog and owner We saw Dr. Vega when our regular vet was unavailable. I have a service dog that was having trouble with her paws. Dr. Vega fit us into her already tight schedule. She and her staff were very gentle, kind and understanding to my needs. I depend on my dog for everyday assistance and Happy Pets made it possible for me to live my life....happily.
Happy Pets is the best place Happy Pets is the best place for family pet care in Valencia. The staff is compassionate and caring when it comes to animal care. We have three dogs and wouldn't take them anywhere else. They also seem to have very good prices compared to other veterinarians. If you are a first time pet owner looking for a great veterinary, give them a try :)
Response to Michael F. Michael, If your veterinarian was so amazing, why would he/she pull the bandages off and pull the hair out? Why would you not trim the hair, or use a solvent to remove the bandages? If you ask me, you're current vet is an idiot!
Horrible Experience I totally agree with the reviewer below I had the most horrendous experience with Dr Vega as well. When confronted with the poor treatment (not to mention she ripped me off for close to $300), she blamed me!!! I wouldn't buy a can of cat food from this practice let alone have anyone there come near my animals. Stay away...
