Professional and friendly! The office is very clean and so welcoming. I am so grateful for Dr. Vega providing my Bear Bear with the best complete and comprehensive exam ever. Terrible Vet We originally took our puppy to Happy Pets based on the reviews. However, it has been unpleasant. On our first visit, our puppy had to have a fecal test, the doctor said she would call us in two days with the results. Several days past, and no call from the doctor my husband called everyday for a week until the doctor finally called us back almost a week and a half after she promised. Happy Pets Veterinary Center-highly recommended! 5 stars! Dr. Ronchetto & staff were wonderful during Tobey's illness. He was here everyday for 5 days. The staff was very kind & patient. BEST VET All of a sudden my 9 year old cat could not keep his balance and kept falling over. I just moved to the area and did not have a vet yet so I checked on line and called Happy Pets. They said their schedule was full but once I explained what was going on they had me come in. I figured he had a stroke but they said he did not have all the signs. Poor Veterinary Care - Incompitent Veterinarian Dr. Vega is an extremely poor veterinarian. We have known her for several years as she's traveled from one practice to another causing problems just about everywhere she's gone. It is because of our haunting experience with this woman that we've made sure of where her practice is now located because we won't ever allow her the opportunity to see any of our dogs again.
Happy pets and Happy people. This is a great office and very nice. All the staff takes extra special care of your pets and also gives them lots of love and kisses while they are there. I have never really known my pet to be happy to go to the vet and here they know where we are going and are even happy being inside and almost always just go to the back treatment area to say hello to all the staff and love to get the cookies they give...
