I was very satisfied I was very satisfied with the treatment my little schnauzers received. Dr. Osmundsun and her staff was excellent and I would highly recommend Happy Pets to my friends and family. Terrible Vet We originally took our puppy to Happy Pets based on the reviews. However, it has been unpleasant. On our first visit, our puppy had to have a fecal test, the doctor said she would call us in two days with the results. Several days past, and no call from the doctor my husband called everyday for a week until the doctor finally called us back almost a week and a half after she promised. BEST VET All of a sudden my 9 year old cat could not keep his balance and kept falling over. I just moved to the area and did not have a vet yet so I checked on line and called Happy Pets. They said their schedule was full but once I explained what was going on they had me come in. I figured he had a stroke but they said he did not have all the signs. Professional and friendly! The office is very clean and so welcoming. I am so grateful for Dr. Vega providing my Bear Bear with the best complete and comprehensive exam ever.
