Today was my first time there and getting Gel-X, I had a wonderful experience! The First Lady that was going to do my nails , realize that she couldn’t do them because how small my nails are and instead of continuing service she pass me on to her colleague and I was completely okay with that. Now the Second Lady did let me know that because my nails are small it might not last and I appreciate her honesty. If I could rate Happy Nail Bar with zero stars, I would definitely do so, especially for the nail technician named Cindy. Her tone was excessively loud, and it felt as though she was shouting at me while I was getting my nails done. I'm not sure where she obtained her nail technician certification or if she received any training in customer service. Was visiting the city and needed a mani pedi. Booking online was easy. The manager was friendly and got me in and out with execelent service.
