Came for a fill in she cut my whole set down to my natural nail as if I’m a lil girl even cut my natural nail so far down this what I been stop coming here years ago because of this place needs to closed down they don’t listen and really rude.. im so over it I have a trip coming up in a few days this is really sad.. mind you I been coming here since I was a little a little girl this sad now

There was no warm welcome. The tech who did my nails verbally told her boss she did not want to do a fill in and had to be forced to perform the service. A service that should’ve taken 30 mins ended up taking over an hour. My nail broke off and I won’t return for her to half ass fix it. I know my service was done shitty because I’m a person of color. Not to mention a man had to complain after sitting at the pedicure chair for over an hour. They are slow, unfriendly, have cheap products and not worth your hard earned money.

I had a bit of greedy vibes from these women who just want to make money out of you. Very rude, and the energy was off for the most part. The nails turned out to be good, but the behaviour of these ladies was totally off. I would recommend spending the same 100 bucks at a professional place.

The price was way too high for my regular Mani Pedi, especially given that I used my own nail polish, had already cut down my nails, and my overall experience. However, I really appreciate that they serviced me near closing time on a super rainy day. The tech couldn't understand phrases I repeated like "push cuticle" or "the water is too hot / cold" and you can imagine how that impacted things, but I am happy there was another lady translating.
