I am so glad I found this place! I have been going to other nail salons in Sugar Mountain and Tyne Castle and this one is better. Very clean and professional.
I made an appt online for someone specific that was accepted. Then I waited like 30 minutes before anyone started to work on my nails. No apology or acknowledgment of that. The hand and foot “massage” weren’t really a massage just a quick rub. I paid extra for buffing my nails vs polish which makes no sense to me. The pedicure chairs were nice and the folks working there are very kind but I was there well over 2 hours and it’s pricey for service that was just ok.
My husband and I were able to walk in on a Wednesday around 1pm and were able to be seen right away. We both got pedicures. Very good service. Highly recommend.
