I scheduled a mani/pedi on 12/10/2025 it was very nice. I Happy Nails know that I now lived here and would be getting mani/pedis at least once a month. I scheduled another mani/pedi on 12/24/2025 prior to an 8 day cruise. They attempted to do the many petty at the same time they are not set up for this I had to reach across my body to put my hand in the soaking bowl they had put on a towel on my lap. We loved Happy Nails! We were a little bit late and they were very accommodating, clean and kind! Love our toes, great pedicures. Definitely come here if you’re in Banner Elk!

I’m very disappointed to say my experience wasn’t the same. Never in my life has someone not cleaned up my cuticles AND not shaped the acrylic to my natural nails. It looks like I have cheap press ons from the drug store on.
