This is the absolute worst location! They show favoritism and especially with the seating arrangement and television channels and their service is the worst of them all

Full of it. No one even came to sit us at a table although we we're meeting someone and who adds gratuity to a ticket automatically because of the hour it is settled. If u close ur ticket after 10 u get charged 15% automatically. The waitress said if u spend $100 or more u get charged 15% gratuity. We had 4 ppl in our party. So if we having drinks of course u gonna spend that much. Just cheated the waitress out her tip anyway but needless to say I won't be visiting your place I'm going elsewhere.
Had a nice late supper with my spouse. Good food and nice waitress. Only complaint was large group of people near us thay were too loud.
I wouldn't even give them one star. We had 20 people and they refused to seat us without putting a debit card on file. You have 4 security staff at the front and you demand a card on file because they apparently can't do their job. Not a one of us have ever run out on a check and you missed out on a lot of business because you have terrible management. It was my sister Birthday, we had a blast we really really enjoyed our time together there. The service was good. Thanks for a good time.
They sat us at a table no one took our order for 15-20 minutes.... The food was great and came out fast... I would come back to this restaurant if I visit Memphis The Margarita Special Combo was everything.
