My wife went set up an appointment for our son. It did not go anywhere but south. There was an altercation which led to my son not being seen. The worst part is I called in to see if we can extinguish the situation but no answer and left a message. 2 days later i get a call from the office manager with an attitude. Referring to my wife as rude and went on to explain she will not see our son. If this is thier idea of customer service then they will not be in business much longer. DO NOT LET THESE OFFICE NAZIS RUIN YOUR DAY.
Very unprofessional ,disrespectful unethical staff and filthy place ! They are not kids friendly at all , although you would think so since its a "pediatric dentist". No paciense with kids what so ever! They think they just cows in line that need to be rushed into receiving treatment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! Never in my entire life I been to a place as low clase and so disgusting like this !!!! If you love your children do not take them here !!!

My grandchildren have been going to happy kids pediatric dentist for the last 4 yrs. Nd they love it there..I am extremely happy with their services nd their patient relationship.. it's a warm environment nd they make me nd my grandchildren feel extremely comfortable.. I would nd have recommended happy kids pediatric dentist to most of my. friends nd family with children ..ty happy kids pediatric dentist..
Very unprofessional, unorganized and unethical, although I have in the past I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! They dont care about losing clients so they mistreat them and fail to give quality service which is expected especially when dealing with small children.
