Horrible customer service ! I’ve been awaiting a emergency visit for two weeks someone was going to call me back. No call finally I called today trying to see if they have any visit the lady who answered the phone stated not until September I told her my daughter is in pain. Happy Kids Pediatric Dentistry called me today to inform me of their new medical safety protocol. They are literally trying to force parents to wait in the car while their small children are alone with the Dentist doing whatever they deem is acceptable. Yeaaaaah.... Okay! I was really impressed with how great they did with my daughter for her first Dentist appointment! They are great with kids, office was nice and clean. Will definitely be taking my daughter back for her next cleaning. Office staff were friendly. Overall such a great experience with how they handled everything, my daughter barely lets me in her mouth to brush her teeth, and they were able to get in with no problems and get the job done! did they shut down .... no answer for days. just rings busy!!
Two separate occasions I have scheduled my kids appointments and both times I got appointment reminders but somehow I get there BOTH times and I somehow am two hours late and missed the appointment. I ALWAYS create calendar alerts and schedule all appointments in my phone and cross check when I get the call to confirm. Most frustrating thing ever.
