My family and I will never return to this location. Terrible service and completely rude personnel. We bought 80 dollars worth of food and tokens only to be told once we got downstairs that everyone would be charged to get into the jungle jungle part. Awful place with awful customer service. I WOULDN’T recommend anyone visits this rip of a place.
Terrible service! We had 1 register that took and order and paid at another while that person was still taking orders so it took twice as long to order. Then waited over an hour for a large and a small pizza. Staff were bringing out orders asking if we ordered the pizza. The tables were not bussed and were a mess. Noone ever came out to clean tables. Very poorly run.
RecommendedThe food was great. The kids loved the climbing area but many of the arcade machines were broken and either snatched out tokens or didnt give us tickets. Staff members were amazing but the arcade needs an upgrade.
This is a fun place to take kids.

Terrible food that took forever, total rip off gaming arcade, and the jungle gym area doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned!! Walls covered with dust. Even drove out of our way to come here, but never again 😩😑
Ordered for pickup and when we got there to pick it up they had forgot to make the pizzas. Then couldn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience, said they would put something in our name for “next time”. Somehow I think they will forget to do that too.
Went for buffet with my daughter and mom today. Everything was fantastic! Store seemed well staffed, pleasant employees and delicious food! Keep up the good work!
