So much fun with the grandkids. Pizza buffet was great.
Samantha who was overseeing the Jungle Bungle area did a FANTASTIC job along with her team! My son's birthday party went smooth and the kids had a great time. Keep up the great work!!
I ordered delivery and it took about an hour after told 35-45 min. Person taking the order initially didnt know what she was doing and the manager Richelle didnt care about the customer service either. So many reasons Happy Joe's is no longer the go to pizza place.
Was here yesterday with friends and they forgot got something on each of our orders. They also took 40 minutes for one of my friends order of pasta. The shift manager told me she didn’t think the mess up on each of our items were that bad. Ingredients and side items were forgotten. She offered us each a large pizza for a future order. I didnt need to hear them in the back of house arguing over who was going to sing "Happy Birthday" for my 5 year old daughter's bday. What a way to put a downer on what is supposed to be a happy occasion. One excuse I heard was, "Im sick. I aint singing." if they are sick they should not be handling food and serving it to people another person said, "Well, Im sick too, but thats expected of us as part of our job." Thanks. We visited last night with our 3 year old. Very very disappointed. It took a long time to get our food. My husband and I got our pizza, then 15 minutes later my son got his spaghetti, THEN after we were all done asked for our appetizer and received it 10 minutes later. Poor and unfriendly service. We make it downstairs and go to play games only to realize LITERALLY HALF OF THE MACHINES AND GAMES DIDNT WORK! Why would they not fix them???? I will not be going back.
We absolutely love this Happy Joe's and the jungle bungle. The manager in the Jungle Bungle, Samantha, is amazing! She always shares the specials so I get the most bang for my buck. She's super friendly to the kids and makes sure they have an incredible experience. When we first moved here we didn't come often but thanks to Samantha we now come almost every week during the winter months. Highly recommend this great establishment!
RecommendedI took my son Daniel who is 3 and a half for the first time yesterday and he had the most fun he's had thus far in his life. They were late on our small pizza but made up for it in 300 tickets card and a cup full of tokens. So not only did he play in the jungle gym area we ended up getting to play the games in the arcade as well. It was a lot of fun for both of us. We will defiantly be returning again. So I just want to say Thank You and if you want a day of reasonable FUN go to Jungle Bungle.
