Not enough staffing in the Jungle. As a ex manager of Happy Joe's I know the standards. I was at this store when this store opened as a trainer. Dirty tables, wrong orders 2 out of 4 tables around me. Too much topping on the BLT. Crust was done on the bottom but the sauce level was doughy. In the 1 1/2 that we were down stairs starting at 5:30, we never say a manager not even for the wrong or late pies. 75% of the games were "out of order". Understaffed. It cost us $6.00 for two $.10 plastic toys!!! What a rip off. Too bad "Happy Joe" isnt involved anymore
Went for lunch on the pizza side today. Ordered and got the kids money for games. Half the games are broken and the ones that work don’t give tickets. I heard other kids telling the person at the counter how many they got so they gave them their tickets. I had asked for cheese sticks as an appetizer and they came out with the meal. Food was ok. Went to get ice cream and someone had unplugged the freezer the night before and it was melted. Someone told us they’d go check what they had in the back and after 5 minutes we left.
Staff was mostly helpful. The food was good. Game room was a disaster. Many of the games were broken the rest were nearly broken. The token machine and the ticket counter were both broken. Clearly the owners are neglecting this location.
we had fun dont get me wrong however most of the games were down which we learned after we paid for 200 tokens then trying to redeem what tickets we earned was a nightmare as theres 1 ticket counting machine the rest were down 1 employee going around trying to keep up with machines running outta tickets then lets add the seating there were multiple parties going on that seating for 5 was nonexistent we might try this place again during the day time with less kids there hopefully cuz the older kids were throwing things no one... read more
After 45 mins they brought us out the wrong pizza, then finally brought out our appetizer. Said they would be back with our pizza. we are now into a hour after we ordered and still waiting. there's only been one other table in here the whole time. now they just brought us another cheese stick but still no pizza. on top of everything they have a $19.99 special and we got charged full price.

Service was extremely slow. We got our food in shifts. One person in our group got their small pizza after everyone else was finished. Don’t order the appetizer of nachos! The chips were horrible and they were cold when brought to the table! Overall experience for the 8 of us I would only rate the food as a 3 out of 10.
