Made the mistake of ordering a panini sandwich. First it took over 30 minutes to get. We asked what the problem was twice and were told that they were working on it. When the sandwiches finally came out they were not panini pressed but oven baked. Very oily and not very good. If you can't make the sandwich then take it off the menu. We were there after the lunch rush so the restaurant was not busy.

You would think for $30 pizzas they could afford to hire people who actually LIKE their job! Their pizza isn't THAT good! I will never step foot into that place ever again! But...by judging the way they treat their customers, they won't care.

I have had birthday parties and tons of family gatherings at this location and love it every time! This past visit, Smanatha took care of us and was extremely attentive, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our visit!

We loved it, besides the point that half the ticket counters were out of order and maybe 1/4 of the games were out of order. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The staff sucks, why even bother to work if you don't even do your job. Terrible service. Hire people who want to work..

Had my son's 5th birthday at Jungle Bungle on Sunday. Our room captain Marc did a wonderful job. He kept our drinks refilled and delivered our pizzas quickly. He helped with every step and made the experience a worry free one for me.

I love happy Joe's ! Having grown up in the QC, I gained an affinity for their fare as a child, not to mention the Atmosphere. I now live in the Rockford area, and we used to have a location in Janesville, WI along with a short lived location in Rockford. Both the Janesville and Rockford locations have closed subsequently, so I have to drive a couple hours to enjoy my favorite pizza.
